This book also contains downloadable links to a collection of PDF Forms created to help Stewards in common tasks like handling grievances and requesting information. (Author's Note: In Previous copies of the paperback book the font used made the links for the downloadable forms hard to read, this could lead to the url links being incorrectly typed, particularly the number 1 looking like a capital letter i. This has been corrected in newer copies by changing the font used in that section of the book.)
